How do I reserve my glamping experience? Visit our reservation page.

How many people can the outdoor tent sleep? Our glamping tent can include a queen bed and two twin beds or up to 4 twin beds comfortably. We can get six twin beds on the floor and potentially hold up to 6-8 people but it’s really “cozy”. With the camp lounge option, there is more open space for around 8 people.

How much space is needed for 16ft tent? The tent will need at least 16x16 plus an additional 2-3 feet for tension ropes. If you have any questions about your space, please let us know by sending us a message. We would be happy to help!

Where can you set up camp? Right in your backyard or venue. We will also provide glamping experiences in a local campground with advance planning and special accommodations.

Do you offer bedding? Yes! We provide sheets, pillows, decorative pillows, and light blankets. During cold weather, we highly suggest you use sleeping bags or heavier blankets.

Do you provide the food and alcohol with tents? No, we do not provide food or alcohol. We are happy to recommend different companies to provide you with dining options.

When do you set up/tear down? All rentals with the exception of curated events are for a two-night rental. We will set up around 3-5pm on the first night of the rental and pick up the morning after the second rental. (Example: Friday delivery and set-up with a Sunday pickup).

What if I don’t need the rental for two nights? The rental fee will not change but we will make arrangements to pick up the tent the next day if needed.

What areas do you serve? We are currently serving the Triad NC area and provide free delivery within 30 miles of Kernersville, NC.

What exactly is mobile glamping? A glamorous camping experience delivered to your doorstep complete with everything you need for a relaxing evening under the stars (lighting, chairs, linens, and memory foam beds).

Is smoking permitted? NO.

Are food or drinks permitted? To permit being billed for extra cleaning, it is highly suggested that all food be consumed on the outside of the tent. Water bottles are ok as long as they have a top.

What kind of theater is provided? A wireless projector that will connect directly to a mobile device or phone computer with the included cable(s) to show content from your own device.

Can I reserve more than one tent? Absolutely!

Do you provide customized décor? Our tent décor usually mimics the seasons/holiday or is neutral. We do not provide custom decorations for our normal glamping experiences. However, custom décor can provided at an additional cost.

What about rain? Our tents are 100% rainproof. If it is light rain we will set up as normal. However, if there is a severe storm, we will reschedule your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.

Water Sprinklers? While our tents are waterproof, we do not want them sprayed intentionally or soaked accidentally by outdoor water sprinklers so be sure to turn them off before your scheduled glamping experience.

Pets? We do not allow pets inside our tents due to possible allergies with future guests.

How can I prepare for my rental? Move all lawn furniture out of the space where the tent will be placed, ensure your sprinkler system is turned off the day before we arrive so the grass will be dry, clean up any pet waste, and remind your guests to bring their own sleeping pillow.

Can I cancel my reservation? You can receive a full refund less the $100 non-refundable deposit if you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date (no refund will be given).

What should I pack for my glamp out? Sensible shoes, layered clothing, rain gear(depending on forecast), sunscreen, bug spray, flashlight, food, water, and entertainment!
